Medicine Wheel

The Soulcentric Wheel is an insight tool that provides an organizing map of the psyche and illuminates facets of Nature, Self and Wholeness. The Wheel assists us in restoring contact with our "inner council" to create balance within and without--between Body, Soul, Mind and Spirit.

  • Medicine: Shifting depression and stuckness, releasing self/other judgment, discovering our authentic gifts, initiating ego to serve as agent for soul.  
  • Doorway: Cultivating relationship with love and fear—accepting, understanding, and welcoming feelings without judgment. 
  • Shadow: Inability to release pain, attachment to darkness, projection
  • Sub-personalities: Shadow Selves, Monsters, Heroes
  • Archetypes: The Wanderer, Soul-Guide, Muse-Beloved

  • Medicine: Embodying self as leader and steward, finding fulfillment in relationships and work,  initiating care for self and others. 
  • Doorway: Reclaiming one's own inner will, re-parenting inner child, growing self-nurturance, being in service to others
  • Shadow: Lack of self-empowerment, codependency, authoritative abuse, workaholism
  • Sub-personalities: Rescuers, Pseudo-warriors, Loyal soldiers (Inner critics, Inner flatterers, Lion tamers)

  • Medicine: Connecting with inner knowing, guiding vision, and presence. Developing clarity, flexibility, and expansiveness. 
  • Doorway: Growing capacity to be with self, slowing down and going in, developing our presence through practices like mindfulness and meditation.  
  • Shadow: Spiritual bypassing, dissociation, escapism, addiction
  • Sub-personalities: Escapist and Addict
